how do we celebrate st. patrick’s day? with a new irish themed cocktail each day, of course.

we’ll be featuring five of our favorite st. patrick’s day cocktails, keep checking back for some fun drinks to celebrate with.

irish whiskey green tea punch


  • 8 cups brewed green tea (5 tea bags)
  • 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 cup ginger ale
  • 1 1/2 cup jameson irish whiskey
  • mint leaves for garnish


  1. pour the hot water into a heat-prood bowl
  2. add in 5 green tea bags and let steep for 10 minutes
  3. remove the tea bags and add in all of the ingredients
  4. add honey and stir to mix
  5. add ice cubes 5 minutes before serving
  6. pour into ‘twist’ drinkers to turn a festive st. patrick’s day green

dublin iced coffee


  • 2 oz. strong cold-brew coffee
  • 2 oz. Guinness
  •  oz. Irish whiskey
  • ¾ oz. simple syrup
  • 1/2 ounce heavy cream
  • Freshly grated cinnamon stick (for serving)


  1. Mix coffee, stout, whiskey, and simple syrup in a ‘single malt’ drinker
  2. Add ice to fill.
  3. Gently pour in cream so it gradually sinks into coffee
  4. sprinkle with cinnamon.

traditional irish coffee


  • 1/2 cup cold whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoons dark brown sugar
  • 10 ounces hot brewed coffee
  • 3 ounces Irish whiskey


  1. beat cold whipping cream until very soft peaks have formed.
  2. set out two ‘gin fizz’ drinkers
  3. add 1 tablespoon brown sugar into each drinker
  4. Pour 5 oz of brewed  coffee into each glass and stir to dissolve the brown sugar
  5.  1-1/2 ounce Irish whiskey
  6. Carefully spoon whipped cream onto the top of the coffee
  7. let cool and garnish with nutmeg

Black Velvet


  • brandied soaked cherries or 1 lemon
  • 4 ounces of guinness
  • 4 ounces of brut sparkling wine
  • 1 teaspoon of creme de mure or creme de cassis


  1. pour sparking wine into a chilled ‘elderflower’ drinker
  2. add guinness and creme de mure
  3. Garnish with cherries or lemon slice

The Blushing Whiskey Sour


  • 3 blackberries or 1 lemon
  • 2 ounces Simple Lemon Syrup
  • 1 ounce Bushmills Irish Whiskey
  • Crushed Ice


  1. Add all ingredients to shaker & shake vigorously until blackberries start to break up to give the blush color
  2. Strain into glass packed with fresh crushed ice
  3. Garnish with additional blackberries or lemon slice
