This weekend, Saturday, July 24th, Madrona will transform into an indoor/outdoor promenade of delectable and artistic delights. The restaurants in the neighborhood will each feature light bites to nab while strolling the tree lined streets, ultimately landing at glassybaby, where our talented artists will display and sell a variety of their masterpieces (see photo above for examples.) The timing is noon to six...the currency is cash...we hope that you can join us.
What could surpass the beauty and brilliance of a glassybaby bridal shower? Kieran created this exquisite event for Kristen, her cherished friend. It was a July evening fete...'showering' the bride with friendship and celebration and glassybaby. A handsome bouquet of 30 glassybaby was given to Kristen. Her gorgeous cache will abide as a glowing reminder of the abundance of her wedding month and much more. Kieran shared this insight:
"One other reason we decided on this particular theme is the special meaning the glassybaby signify to her and the family. In the last few years, Kristen's family has lost several close family member to cancer, and most recently the passing of the bride's grandfather to Alzheimer's. During those challenging times of losing a family member, one can always appreciate a beautiful glowing glassybaby in remembrance of that particular individual...I think this was another reason the guests were so intrigued by the idea of our theme and meaning."
Thank you Keiran...and wedding blessings to your dear friend from glassybaby.
