I love that part of our New York marketing team barks (see photo above.) Previously I have blogged about this...I can not resist the re-blog. Currently dog walkers in New York City are wearing glassybaby t-shirts that say:"What color is your glassybaby?" They are handing out marketing collateral bits in the form of milk bones and glassybaby discount cards (see photo below) as they walk glassybaby marketing, dog models.
It is a brilliant dog walking business and we could not resist the opportunity. If you are in New York, we hope that you intersect with our canine team and their walkers...we hope that you receive a coupon and a milk bone and perhaps a wet kiss or two.
Various glassybaby tales are conveyed to us by email from our amazing sales team. I love the blog content pipelines. Cristina, from our University Village Store in Seattle, conveyed that a customer was in to buy her sister a cabo glassybaby. It was a gift to help her sister through a difficult farewell. Having trained and deeply bonded with a marvelous and brilliant seeing eye dog...the sister had arrived at the inevitable good bye day. The dogs fitted working cape was a gorgeous aqua...the gift of a cabo glassybaby was purchased as a keepsake to remind the dog training sister of one of the all time great seeing eye dogs. So sweet, another wonderful glassybaby honor.
End note...it is wonderful to share that our Production Manager is a completely humble glassblowing artist (see Paul vase above.) Paul recently taught a Summer session at the world renown Pilchuck Glass School...a Northwest treasure (see Paul teaching in photo above.)The school's pastoral footprint is beyond beautiful and future masters of glass art are taught there...most recently by Paul. Maybe they will make glassybaby some day? Welcome back Paul.
More Soon, Nicola
