About My Own Art
I make a really big mess when I make art, because it usually involves plaster, wax, resin, glue, glass, and other messy materials.  My favorite things to make are installations using multiple parts, resembling natural phenomenon.  I have obsessions with color, soap, bugs, and pores.  Lately I have started making some jewelry too.

Favorite
My favorite is "crayola" because it is the Spanish word for "crayon".  One of my favorite Sesame Street episodes was when they visited the crayon factory, and seeing the big tub of liquid crayon wax.  It reminds me a lot of the factory.

Short bio
I was born in Washington, DC, and lived in Arlington, VA growing up.  I went to college in Philadephia, studying Architecture at Drexel University, and graduated with a BFA in Crafts from University of the Arts, in 2004.  I have been working at since October of 2004.

- While we are on the topic of The Monkees, I think I’d like to have been on the TV show, and dated Mickey Dolenz.
- I can eat a bucket full of "Vegetarian Sesame Chicken" from Golden Empress 610 S 5th St Philadelphia, PA 19147.  That is my absolute favorite food!!!  I’m going through withdrawal :(
